need my investment funds urgently
good day I was struggeling to get hold of the company responsible for my investment and finally got the name.years ago I took my pension from one job and invested it and I urgently need my funds now as I am retrenched and cant keep head above water and still searching for a job.i had results with Sanlam as they told me what I needed to know about my annuity I also got.Now my investment with discovery core provident preserver plan I got need to pay out my money.im regurlarly being told that I cant and its against the law but to die of hunger and cost of living has got to much.please I need my money

Our Busi has called you and explained to you the legislative rules regarding your type of investment.
Unfortunately, because you have already made 1 withdrawal from your investment, legislation mandates that you may not make another withdrawal until retirement age (55 years old).
Please note that these are not the business rules of Discovery Invest, this is the Government Legislation. To allow you to make a withdrawal would mean that Discovery Invest are breaking the law, which I am sure you can understand is not something we can consider doing.
I sincerely apologise that this is not the answer that you were hoping for.
