LIES LIES AND MORE LIES!!!!!

I don't know why employers need to punish us with Discovery!! I've had the worst service from them trying to claim my provident fund. First there was a back and forth with them just to receive a form, after the two weeks of forms, on Monday 28 November Kgothatso, claims administrator, confirmed my claim will be processed and paid. I called on Monday and he confirmed all was in order and he will send me the tax certificate and proof of payment. In true Discovery fashion that did not happen and the call I was promised by close of business also did not happen. Tuesday I called again and again same promise, its with the team leader all is in order you will receive the PoP and Tax certificate shortly, money has been paid. Yet again in true Discovery fashion NOTHING HAPPENED. Wednesday they even confirmed my banking details, got some story about Kgothatsoi working on this last Saturday (not sure why this is my business) and HE will personally call and sent me the PoP I was supposed to receive on Monday yet three days later there's no money in the bank and no Tax certificate received either. Discovery has THEE WORST SERVICE EVER. And its high time employers understood the inconvenience they place employees in when they decide to invest with Discovery. Every day I am on the phone fighting, and they promise you call backs that never ever happen.
