Lack of customer service
I have contacted Discovery on the 11th of January to discuss my investment. When they eventually contact me 2 weeks later they have the wrong idea of what my query was. Up until today I have not received any feedback or assistance from Discovery. I think this is unacceptable customer service.

06 Feb 2019, 08:48You completely getting the facts twisted. Yes the agent called to assist that is after I phoned Discovery Inevst yesterday morning because of no assistance for the last 3 weeks. They phoned me 2 hours after I called your customer service department. When I already requested and received the forms. You did not resolve my complaint.
