Just no response

<p>I have previously withdrawn funds from my investment and now I am trying to surrender the full value of the investment but receiving response and having that processed is an impossible task. I have emailed them and on average it takes 4 days for someone to just respond. And usually the answers are so vague that it requires a follow up mail which takes another 4 days. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have submitted a surrender form 6 days ago and I am yet to even receive acknowledgment of receipt. Other than the automated emails that I get spammed with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot wait to move my business from Discovery cause in the case of my death I shudder to think how my family will every get my money out of them.</p>
