Investment payout

I am very disappointed with Discovery. Not good service when it comes to payout,, but they are so eager when they want you to invest. I paid the amount I invested into their bank account immediately after signing the agreement, but their policy is 7 to 10 working days. Why do they need so much time to do the payout. It is not a loan. Seriously considering moving ALL my investments, because when I asked the payments department to escalate the matter, they consultant told me that I have to wait out the 10 days before she could request it to be paid out. No matter whether you have an emergency and need the money urgently. They are not prepared to listen. They are only interested in 7-10 days. So annoyed!!!!
