Investing with DISCOVERY

For years now my Wife has had a investment with Discovery and when she withdraws money fom the investment it gets paid into our joint account with ABSA. This has never been a problem and in the good old days they said 3 to 4 working days from reciept of your application they will pay out, now it is 5 to 7 days and we have been waiting 9 days and they still have not done anything. There is the most incompetant crowd of people working with this now, they do not have a clue how to work a withdrawal, you can phone them and they hum and ha and waste Your airtime without coming to the point and finishing your withdrawal. When my wife applies for a withdrawal she needs her money urgently not in 2 to 3weeks wnen Discovery decides to pay out. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM WITH US HAVING A JOINT ACCOUNT THEY HAVE MADE MANY PAYMENTS TO THIS SAME ACCOUNT OVER THE YEARS, WE ARE OLD CLIENTS. All I can say is be carefull, there are a lot better places to invest Your money where You will get better growth and have a lot less problems to make a withdrawal. Her money has for a year lost R5600-00 and shown no growth, but they could not care, why should they, they take their money every month does not matter if your money loses or grows. BE VERY CAREFULL CONSIDER YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE INVESTING WITH DISCOVERY
