Incorrect RA activated but wife is paying for it.

Discovery Invest activated the incorrect Retirement Anuity and deducted monies from the incorrect persons bank account. When my wife and i was introduced to Discovery invest we made it clear to the broker that my wife is not interested in another RA. I accepted the RA quote on the otherhand and signed as it will be linked to my Life policy. Now my wife sits with policy *** that she did not sign for but is paying for it, and i policy *** am still waiting for my policy to be activated. I request that my wifes monies be returned to her ASAP as the RA is now only active for 2 days as it is regarded as *****ing. This is now the second incident with Discovery in the last 8 days. I am losing trust in Discovery as a company to handle monies, rather stick to Health and Vitality.
