Incompetence & Poor Service Delivery

The level of frustration I have right now because of the incompetence of the broker I worked through is absolutely horrific! I sent cancellation of my life policy and RA on the 31st of January 2022. Everything seemed in order only to find the RA debit order being deducted last night from my bank account, this has now caused my medical aid to lapse due to none payment due to the utter disregard and incompetence from Discovery and the Broker linked to this!!!
