I invested a huge amount of money with Discovery Financial Services. (40 000 usd) all gone through blatant incompetance and lack of interest . (Life savings)

Tried phoning and mailing Discovery.... They don't even have the audacity to come back to me. I want to know what recourse I have to recoup these funds considering that I am paying them a huge amount of money to manage my account. . Looking forward to their comment on how this is not their responsibility.....
