I want to withdraw my funds and I would appreciate some assistance from a human

I asked to withdraw my investments 2 months ago and they only withdrew 1 of 4 investments despite me being clear that I wanted to withdraw everything. I’ve sent numerous emails asking them to send me the forms I need to withdraw my funds and they conveniently ignore these. And unsurprisingly, any information on how to withdraw anything is deliberately difficult to find on the website. Want to buy something? Oh the site has you covered. Need something? You’re on your own. Unfortunately I can’t phone them because I no longer live in the country. Just put in contact with someone who is willing to help me please? So I get this done and move on with my life. It’s not an insignificant amount of money and I kinda need it. PS. Don’t try and call me, I do not have access to my SA mobile number.

Despite me being very clear about the fact that I have emigrated, they feel the need to tell me I can’t withdraw my RA unless:

Emigration
Maintenance order
Divorce order
Claimant’s must qualify for ill-health early retirement
If the fund value is below R15 000.

They really must want to hold onto this money for some reason. I thought it was very clear.
