I want my money Discovery insurance

I am absolutly disgusted in how Discovery insurance choses to treat its clients. It is very easy for one to pay (make contributions) every month on the retirement funds but once you have to make a claim they take you through this dreadful process. And should you try to contact Discovery insurance they give you a story that they are still busy with the process. I have been waiting for feedback on my claim since I decided to withdraw all my funds in the month of May 2024 we are now in the month of August 2024 and they are still telling me that I'm on week 3 of my claim. Can someone tell me what is going on over at Discovery insurance or are you refusing to pay me my money.
