I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!!

16 July I lodged a complaint about my payment holiday request which wasn't actioned. Someone called me with a resolution last week Wednesday and promised to refund my money. A week later NO REFUND and that person hasn't even bothered to give me an update as she told me the refund will take 2-3 business days. You can't be messing with our money like this especially when I informed you people of my unemployment. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW SO I CAN PAY MY KIDS SCHOOL FEES!!!!!!
