I am unable to buy one living annuity at Old Mutual using my Discovery policies
Dear Heavens !!! I am trying to buy one living annuity at Old Mutual using my Discovery annuity/retirement vehilcles. Boy am I getting the run around !!! In this day and age I cannot comprehend how difficult this request can be ? I completed my withdrawal requests on 1 Sep 2021. Safe to say I speak to a different person each time I contact Discovery. And each time I get different instructions. Now I have spoken to Shelly Legoale who informs me that I need to send an application form from Old Mutual with my withdrawal requests. Please can I just get to speak to one person at Discovery to sort this out once and for all ?
