Happy direct investor

Reading through some of the issues raised here, I find it hard to believe that it is the same company I have been investing with for the past 12 months. I am a direct investor and have only experienced good to excellent service from the transfers team. What I appreciate is the transparency regarding my investments through the website and the inactive documents keeping an investor up to date. Add to this the excellent returns on the funds I selected and I can only testify to being a happy investor.
