Ghosted by the financial advisor - shocking service!

On the 12th of November, I emailed my broker (as listed on the Discover App) about my options for the Retirement Optimizer that I have had since 1 April 2014. It is losing money constantly and I can no longer afford the flushing money down the drain. Ashley Panday advised that he would look into it and get back to me, but have heard nothing since, despite sending 5 additional mails since. I have tried to all the number listed on the Discovery App as well as the number listed on Astra Wealth FS website, but neither work. I am at a loss on how to move forward with cancelling this policy - I want nothing further to do with Ashley if this is the manner in which he does business.
