FRUSTRATED BY RA SAVINGS WITHDRAWAL PROCESS TAKING FOREVER
I would like to voice out my dissatisfaction and disappointment on the poor service received from Discovery invest regarding my RA Savings Withdrawal. This should have taken at least 10 days as per notification received on the 02nd of December 2025.
30 days later there is no indication if this was ever processed.
The process should not be this painful, it should be seamless. At this point I feel Discovery should only stick to Medical Aids and leave this other sector of financial services to professionals.
In this day of technology, I am failing to understand why we should be completing and submitting endless forms through *********** Financial Advisors.
Withdrawals should be done online like other RA Administrators; we should not be dealing with these *********** people.
Frustration is an understatement; I can't wait to withdraw the rest of my investments and never look back.
