Extremely disappointed and angry

Very poor service in moving my investment from Discovery to Liberty, where I have my pension fund now. It has been 9months of struggle to get this done, and still counting(not attended to yet). My request have been delegated to the "higher" people to deal with the transfer, but nothing has ever been done, I am the only one doing follow-ups, absolutely no communication from Discovery!
