I would like to compliment Megan Wakeford for her professional and efficient assistance in resolving my recent query/complaint to my satisfaction.<br> <br> She took over my complaint when I was not getting the answers I needed from other consultants and made sure to follow up regularly to keep me informed of any progress.<br> <br> <br> <br>
