Early Retirement Fund Payment

I am getting no joy, just empty promises, currently waiting 33 days to receive my early retirement funds, made various calls, waiting for several minutes to speak to a consultant every time, costing a fortune on telephone calls, sending a lot of emails, even escalate to complaints, no joy, really very bad experience to get your hard paid money, hopefully someone will look into this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
