Dishonest Conduct

I have been in the process of financial immigration for months. We have being going back and forth for ages to resolve this.

After being told that it takes a few days after SARS approves, we are now told it takes them 6 months to process. Originally, In an email, from the broker, he said it would take ±5 days.

The information from the broker appears to be false, but further requests for dates and proper information is met with silence. Its shameful and dishonest behaviour to give false information to clients, to keep moving the posts of the goals, and to fail to commit to a date.

It makes me uncomfortable knowing I have been directly **** to, whether intentionally or not, the information we get from the broker is a work of fiction. Dubious, way to do business Discovery. And you cant even bypass the broker.

And this is not a rant, due to unread terms and conditions. The broker has been giving really bad information/advise. The broker either doesn't know(in which case he should check before advising), he isn't actually doing his job, or is intentionally stringing us along. Either way.... would not recommend getting on board with Discovery invest.
