Disgusted with how Discovery treats their clients

Please people, I warn you today, NEVER EVER INSURE WITH DISCOVERY AT ALL COST!!! My ex wife past away and my son whom is the sole dependant, was disgustingly offered 25% of lump sum by discovery as they felt fit to distribute the sum assured as they, Discovery felt fit!!! i was appalled having to deal with discovery. to date, none of the senior executives has came back to me about my query i lodged. PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM DISCOVERY IN ANT WAY POSSIBLE!!!When i enquire or raise my issue to senior executives...they simply reply that they have resolved the matter and they will be closing the enquiry on their side. yet the query remains unsolved, now executive bothered to come back, they just close the enquiry and off you go, just like that, Filthy way of treating clients!!!
