Disgusted service

The retirement department, Tumi and all her colleagues playing games and lies to my face. I been told my fund money will be paid in 4-6 weeks it's over the time frame and they doing as they please with my money paying me noy even a quarter of my savings. What a distasteful experience and unprofessional company how I thought they are customer oriented bull. TUMI SAID SHE WILL CALL YESTERDAY I get a call at 14 00 someone calling to start the query from scratch they don't eve add notes etc you have to repeat yourself always . She then gives me 1 call and keeps quiet . I call back I speak to a whole lot of people again!!! I am su disgusted
