Disgusted
Did a withdrawal on the 13 October. SUbmitted all documents requested. SLA is 4-6 weeks, I am on week 8 and still no ETA or even an apology I had to call everyday for 2 weeks to get things moving, waste of airtime and time spent on the call with the teams. Called today for an update... out on a staff party.
Very disappointed with the service or lack thereof received.
The worst experience I have had with any investment company
