I changed my debit order date in March but even today they still deduct on a date I didn’t pick and I spoke with one of their consultants a while back and they confirmed the debit order is on the 1st of every month but they deduct before and I have to incur the unpaid debit order amounts. I want a refund as it’s still continuing.
