Discovery is like going to Woolworths and buying a R700 mango when you could go to checkers and get a mango for R20 and it will taste the same. What I'm trying to say is that Discovery is a *******. For the amounts you are paying you should get top notch service and have your medical bills paid for. Anyway, my issue is that I need my retirement annuity to be paid out and they will not give it to me even though I have stated that I'm not in the country and because it's R7300. I honestly think that a few hundred shouldn't prevent me from getting MY money that hasn't increased in 3 years. The lack of empathy that this company has especially during a epidemic is shocking.
