Discovery Retirement Funds

Good All,I'm not happy with the services I'm getting from Discovery.My company has been retrenched on 30 April 2019,and I'm still waiting for Retirement Funds.i did call them several times they fail to help me and says they are trying to send money through my account is bouncing,but no updates no call they just keep quiet and everyday I have and ask how far,Musa Sibisi he really don't care about customer service ,he can't even call or send me an mail and tell me how far with my issues it's been sorted or not,always I have to call.it shows that if I was dead meaning my family we never get anything because they fail to tell me my account has been failed.i don't understand my HR send them an email shows I was using that account the time I was working with them and even now I'm still using it and I did send all prove of documents but they are still failing . Nolo escalated my issues and Reneilwe.Musa Sibisi is Soo useless I don't know what kind of management he denied customers.Musa Sibisi your services is 100% poor and you deserve demotion.contact ***Linda Mabogoane.
