Discovery preservation rejects my once-off withdrawal for reasons unknown to me.

A discovery invest sales agent approached me after I just resigned and informed me that it's wise to transfer my pension to preservation fund and he further assured me that I can make one withdrawal. We further discussed how much I want to withdraw and he assured me that it will be done. After my pension was transferred to Discovoey preservation fund...then boom! ...They now tell me that I can only withdraw not more than one-third of the total amount.

The most disturbing thing is they convinced me to cancel my option to cash up my Pension because it is what I Initially decided before being approached the by Discovery Preservation Fund sales agent. All I want is for my withdrawal to be approved I cannot withdraw One-third of my amount it's too little for the plans I have made. If I was told that I am only going be limited to one-third withdrawal...I wouldn't have decided to transfer my pension to preservation fund. I would have proceeded with cashing out my pension.

Your urgent remedial action will be highly appreciated. Please sort my problem.
