Discovery Investments - I lost my hard earned money

I've contracted Discovery Invest for a Endowment fund on the 1st of April 2016, In November 2018 I've decided to do an enquiry to find out what the growth of my fund is standing on only to find out that I'm in a deficit of R2275.00 two and a half years later. This might not seem like a lot of money, but I would have done better keeping my money under my mattress than to invest with Discovery. When wanting to withdraw the funds as a unhappy Client and go somewhere else I was told that an amount of R5192.56 will be deducted as a withdrawal fee, no bank in this country charges such a unfair and ridiculous amount, this is day light *******!! I was emailed a withdrawal report stating that I would now receive x amount of my investment fund after deductions. This morning the 23rd of November I was paid out an amount which was short of another R3592.23 of my hard earned money. Upon questioning this I was told that the markets wasn't good on the day of the pay out and hence another deficit of R3592.23. In total I have lost R11 059.79 of my hard earned money and Discovery blatantly tells me the markets aren't good?? This to me is not good enough!! I'm withdrawing all of my policies with Discovery, Medical aid, Life insurance and investment policies...Do not invest in Discovery!!
