Discovery Investment rip-off!

I really, really regret investing my pension money with Discovery Invest. Since October 2013, in more than six years now, my portfolio only managed to grow 0.76% in total according to my online Discovery investment statements. Considering the fact that SA has had market wide disruptions and negative growth lately, comparing to other investments and funds, this investment has done exceptionally bad! It prompted me to investigate the transactions on my investment. Apart from the fact that the Discovery* fund options performed worse, they were also the most expensive ito Total expense ratio costs. I then made a shocking revelation! I pay almost 21% of my monthly contributions towards 'Discovery Invest annual administration fees' and 'Discovery Invest policy fees' - these 'annual' fees have been charged in December, November and October 2019 and I guess all the way back. On my fund choice combination I am supposed to pay an average of 'Total expense ratio = 1.20%' and 'Transaction costs = 0.16' = 'Total = 1.36%'. This is way off 21%! I have requested to obtain statements from Discovery and an explanation why I pay these enormous annual fees monthly but no reply!
