DISCOVERY INVESTMENT POLICY NIGHTMARES

Good day

Am really disappointment and regret investing with discovery,I have lost over 10k because your financial adviser who gets commission I believe couldn't advise me on anything

I closed my account in march in writing to avoid loosing all my funds and they confirmed that they processing it and i should receive the funds in 8 days

but to my shock the policy was still active even on the discovery app,when i asked about it via email,no response

now they did a debit order besides the account being closed and to make things worse they email me saying that my account is in arrears

this is the worse I have ever experienced loosing such a huge amount because of lack of proper advise Discovery is meant to improve peoples financial health but its destroying peoples lives especially with the pandemic our country is facing,(how do you expect us to survive during this pandemic with such behaviors)

Am really disappointed with this loss that am considering closing my credit card and life insurance policy that i have with discovery

Because if something happens to me my family will suffer just to get a pay out
