Discovery Investment - OTP query

I received absolutely horrible service from discovery insure, at this point i just want to move my investment elsewhere.I called because i wanted to get simple otp as i was not getting from my smses but i was asked absolutely nonsense questions to confirm is myself calling never in my life have i ever being asked questions like i am on the interview panel whilst simply asking for activation to get sms on my cellphone. His name is Shudu Nephangwe absolutely has no desire to work with people nor like his job as his attitude is not meant for any customer not breathing human being
