DISCOVERY INVEST !!!! WORST OF THE WORST

A few months ago I called them as I have decided to move to another country and I wanted to know how I would go about getting my funds that were being kept prisoner by them . They sent me an email explaining the procedure but there were a few things unclear , so I phoned them to get clarity on the subject . I aseks them specifically about the proof of residence if it was for SA or NZ they told me ( and he had to ask his manager first ) no sir it is for SA and also with regard to the tax clearance they said I only need to get the good standing clearance . Last week ( 4 weeks before I need to get on the plane) they email me and tell me noooo now they need an emigrating clearance and proof of res in NZ ( which si fine I can send it from that side ) after I asked tem a few times. What a pathetic bunch !!!!! no one knows what the hell is going on in DISCOVERY , that is why I also moved my life policy of 9 year to momentum that gives me DOUBLE THE COVER FOR less money I was paying Discovery. THEY NEVER EVEN TOLF ME WHEN I SIGNED UP THAT I COULKD ONLY GET MY FUNDS AT 65 . PLEASE POEPLE STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY , HEALTH , LIFE INVEST , ALL OF THEM . THEY ARE A BUCH OF ILLITERATE ******.
