Discovery Invest - Withdrawing your money is painful.

How long does it take Discovery Invest to honour a request for Withdrawal ?

Tues 02/04/2024 - Submitted all required documents and even got an email from Discovery telling me process will take 5 to 7 days.

Fri 05/04/2024 - received an email saying one of the documents I duly signed , was not password protected. Bear in mind that the document referred to was accompanied by most documents that have got information that conclusively inform and prove that they from the correct person.

Mon 08/04/2024 - resend the same document previously forwarded, except password. I subsequently received an email informing me Discovery Invest will process in 2 or 3 days.

Wed 10/04/2014 - Received an email from Discovery saying its " Unpriced transaction ". . Not knowing what that means and its implications , I called only to be told that they still processing a Debit Order. ( What has that got to do with my withdrawal) . Soon after my call I get the following email Wed 10/04/2024 - The withdrawal is being processed it will take 2 or 3 days.

Investing with Discovery is NOT a good idea because when you want to withdraw they give you a run-arounds. You are NOT borrowing ,
