Discovery Invest - Withdrawal process a nightmare

Withdrawal process extremely frustrating. Call center and payments department stonewall you when follow up via telephone. Emailed feedback very slow to get a response and quality of information received inconsistent. No action on claims until you contact them! Service is nowhere close to where it should be and there is very little a client can do to get these issues escalated. I recently had a similar claim with Alexander Forbes which took 3 days to conclude, while with Discovery Invest, Im on 6th working day in, and its still unclear on when it will be sorted? Apart from frustrating, just plain down inconsiderate...
