Good day My company I worked for had our provident fund with Discovery invest Discovery Life Provident Umbrella Fund . I have since left the company at the end of September 2020, my claim submitted to Discovery on the 1st Oct 2020. Discovery as well as the Broker assigned to my policy has been utterly useless, I've been promised my claim would be finalised in 6-8 weeks, it now now way passed that and still no claim, no feedback and I'm sitting unemployed, with no access to funds before Christmas, everyone if your money is sitting with any Discovery invest product, I would suggest looking at an alternative, they have no customer relations, and you have to fight to get your money out of them.
