Discovery invest refusal to do do section 14 Transfer
Discovery Invest has intentionally postponed the transfer of one of my investments since August 31, 2023. I have explicitly instructed them to initiate a Section 14 Transfer for both of my investments to Coronation. I have promptly submitted all the required documents within hours of their requests during this process. Despite my numerous follow-up attempts regarding the final item, Form J for one of my investments, I receive only automated emails and no tangible progress. Discovery has significantly exceeded their own specified timelines for each phase of the process. I have repeatedly emphasized to Discovery Invest that they have a legal obligation to honor my request, and their deliberate refusal to assist me can be viewed as a violation of this obligation and ********.
As previously mentioned, I have sent numerous emails to ***, ***, and ***, but I have made no headway in resolving this matter.
At this point, I am unsure of the best course of action. It appears that Discovery is unwilling to fulfil their legal obligation to accommodate their clients' requests for fund transfers. What would you recommend I do to address this situation? I have also requested the details of the ombudsman, for assistance, which no one is willing to provide.

Despite multiple follow-ups via ***, ***, and ***, my attempts at communication have been consistently ignored.
As of now, my funds have not been transferred, despite my initial request on September 6, 2023, and prompt submission of all requested documents. The status of my funds no longer reflects their presence with Discovery, creating uncer*****y about their current location.
It appears that Discovery is retaining my funds while disregarding my attempts to ascertain their status or facilitate the transfer. Discovery invest has completely failed to meet their legal obligations in this matter. I have no other options but try seek legal council, as Discovery Invest is holding onto my funds refusing to transfer or even respond to my queries.
