Discovery Invest poor service

I contacted Discovery Invest to open a preservation fund. I sent 3 emails made 3 telephone calls waiting for Discovery Invest to contact me. After 2 weeks I received a call from a financial advisor but I informed them that I have chosen FNB to open a preservation fund. If this is how Discovery is treating new business I don't want to know how bad they will treat an existing customer.

After reading all the other experiences on Hellopeter, I am glad I chose another service provider.

I wont use Discovery Invest nor will I recommend them to anyone.
