DISCOVERY INVEST - POOR AGAIN!
I have an old Discovery Retirement Optimiser policy which is not worth much and also growing at a snail's pace. I decided to cancel this and rather put these funds into my investment with FNB - where it will grow at a much faster rate.
I completed Discovery's documents on the 5th of September 2019 and were submitted on the 6th too Discovery. Yesterday (16/09/2019) I was told by Discovery that this process will take another 12 days before payout is effected! Really - so long for this process. Why are Discovery Invest so poor! It is not my first run in with them - last year I also had issues with them being so ridiculously slow!
