Discovery Invest, not really a company to invest your retirement funds

Received double monthly retirement payment end September, 2019 without agreement, explanation, communication or apology from Discovery Invest. The company again and unilaterally decided to withhold October monthly retirement payment, again without agreement, explanation, communication or apology. For a pensioner, this has a negative effect on financial monthly budget, fortunately, I was not stupid enough to invest all my funds with this company and will advise potential investors against investing RA with Discovery Invest. The bulk of my investment is invested with a reputable investment company which ensures this does not happen, regularly communicates and ensures sustainable and more importantly, consistent monthly pay outs.
