Discovery Invest - NO access to my own RA portfolio

I have a small RA investment with Discovery - you know what the real joke is. It is impossible for me to access the portfolio because my details have changed to such an extent (work place-mail and phone number) that I cannot be verified - not even a phone-call gives me access because I cannot remember my address of 20 years ago. Yet they sent me regular statements to which I don't any have access to! how 'bout them apples. I shudder to think what patience I will need to have at retirement age
