Discovery Invest Holding My Pension Preserver Funds Without Transparency or Access

I have been trying for months to get Discovery Invest to resolve a serious issue with my Pension Preserver investment.

After making a withdrawal, there is still a remaining balance that does not appear on my Discovery profile. I have never received any statements, documents, or proof that Discovery is still holding these funds.

I have spoken to and emailed Mr. Thabiso Jonas (Team Leader Coach, Discovery Invest Payments) multiple times. He has made repeated promises to resolve the matter but never follows through. My emails to Discovery’s complaint channels have also bounced back, leaving me with no formal way to get assistance.

At this point, I am demanding:

Written confirmation that Discovery is holding the remaining balance from my Pension Preserver.

Immediate reinstatement or visibility of this investment on my Discovery profile.

Interest or growth on the funds while they have been unaccounted for.

The ability to withdraw both this balance and my paid-up Retirement Annuity.

If I had not followed up, this money would have simply “disappeared,” which raises serious concerns about mismanagement or possible misappropriation of client funds.

Discovery — this is unacceptable. I expect urgent written feedback and proof of my remaining balance, as well as a plan to resolve this issue within 7 days.
