DISCOVERY INVEST HIDEOUS
What an uncaring devoid of any personal touch this company has become. When a Discovery product gets sold to you they are wonderful BUT the moment they have your money is the last time they will act like humans. Once they have your money you are left to deal with untrained call centre employees who does not know their business. You can never speak to the same person again and emailing Discovery just gets you computer generated message with yet another **** promise. I have tried to get a matter resolved and by now have about 12 reference numbers and no answers.
