Discovery Invest communication and correspondence is the WORST ever!!

Communication and correspondence from Discovery Invest is the worst! They take up to 19 DAYS just to reply to an email, even though they claim that they will give feedback in 24 - 48 hours. I have sent multiple emails regarding my withdrawal instruction! They state on the form that it takes up to 10 working days for them to pay out, I'm stil just waiting for correspondence on the process and it's already been 2 weeks! They took 19 days just to send me the form for the withdrawal instruction. This is really pathetic service!! Never Invest with them....I wonder how long my beneficiaries will wait for a payout when I'm dead when they can't even reply to an email!! Quick to collect money...but assistance is up to chit!
