the most disappointing experience of my life

my mom invested funds - 3 kids were beneficiaries mom pasted away 10 June'23 our first set of documents were send early in July

in the mean time we have each resubmitted forms to various people and last week was promised everything was in order and payment can take place

i called this morning and again the are requesting documents to be resend i have about 78 emails to and from Discovery in the last 7 months

their incompetence has cause our family so much stress and trauma they don't communicate or reply on emails
