Discovery Insure Financial Advisors Incompetence

To date no contact from the escalation team as promised...seems like just another template response. Not even a new advisor allocated to me as promised. Last week I received a response from the general complaints individual mentioning all the advisors excuses and his interpretation of facts which completely conflicts with the truth. I notice in the later complaints from other dis-satified clients about anniversary notifications not received. Mine arrived four months later. Sadly, when you have to reach out to a company to "complain" about their "complaints incompetence for service", we know they have reached a lowest stage in their service levels. The decision here is obvious...Discovery keeps their pathetic *********** and dishonest advisors and I find elsewhere to invest. Our economy is fast changing and big business should not ever be arrogant to believe that they would survive without client and customer service.
