Discovery ignores their clients to avoid paying! Pathetic!
Terrible service. I sent completed documents on 12 October 2024. Hadn’t received any feedback since my submission. Called today to follow up on the progress of my submission only to be told that nothing had been actioned since the 12 October. I’m really disappointed and appalled by this! I’m told the process of my payment will take 7-10 business days to be told on the 7th day that nothing had been done???? PATHETIC!
