Discovery doesn't care about their clients

I am truly disgusted in the treatment of my withdrawal of my Annuity.

I have sent mail upon mail, I have made phone call upon phone call, and NO one is getting back to me! All I wanted to know is, is all in order but no one has the decency to revert back!

I have never had this kind of treatment from you guys and now that I want to close a policy, I get treated like a number! I have lost faith in Discovery, saying they care about their clients! BS!!!
