Discovery Charging a Double Debit rate for a Debit Order Date Change to a policy

<p>My husband changed his debit order date with Discovery for his investment policy.</p> <p>The dates were changed from the 28th of the month to the 1st of every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery double debited my husbands account thus taking for money 2 months premiums for the poilcy.</p> <p>No proper explainations have been given. Not one month has been missed without paying, I would understand a pro-rata charge for the days affected, but a double debit ?? Taking off 2 months premiums off for a debit is ridiculous.</p>
