Discovery/ Broker in contempt of a High Court Order

My divorce decree was issued on the 28 June 2024. There was a Discovery Investment ceded to me, decreed to me by the High Court as part of my settlement. The relevant documents required for the cession, my ID as well as proof of my address were sent to the broker Marius De Waal and his assistant Louisa on 5 July 2024. Currently, a month after the divorce was issued, there is no cession. This, despite numerous emails in which I have been ignored by the brokers who blame Discovery legal department for the delay. If this is the case, then Discovery should be liable for the interest accrued at 11.5% and this must be deposited in my bank account.
