Discover that a number should be changed

I have my Retirement Annuity with Discovery. I requested that my personal particulars be amended. Gosh.....I swear I am talking a foreign language because it has been so many emails up and down me trying to log into my investment, no such luck. A simple contact number amendment taking various emails and nothing being done. Can't believe this can be so frustrating!!
